ORDERING ONLINE
To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once you have entered your delivery address, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Payment is done via PayFast's secure online payment portal. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA)
Orders will be packed and shipped next business day. Shipping is door-to-door and a tracking link will be provided via SMS and/or email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA)
We offer worldwide delivery to over 220 destinations across the globe, within 7 – 14 working days. All international orders will be fulfilled by DHL. As the delivery costs are dependent on your location, please contact us at info@vergodesigns.com and we will facilitate and coordinate your international order.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders shipped outside of South Africa will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt. Payment of these will be facilitated by your local DHL branch. Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through VERGO Design. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to an online portal will be sent to you via SMS or email once your order has been shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be packed and shipped next business day. National deliveries will take 1 – 2 business days, whilst international orders will take 7 – 14 business days.
