Orders will be packed and shipped next business day. Shipping is
door-to-door and a tracking link will be provided via SMS and/or email.

We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, as long as
the item is in its original condition and includes the original box, dust bags
and with the original tags attached. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be
accepted for a return or refund.

For returns or exchanges, please mail us on info@vergodesigns.com and we
will facilitate collection and/or swap-out of your item.

Additional shipping costs for exchanges related to mistakes on our part will
be free of charge, exchanges due to customers changing their mind will be be
for the customer's account.

Although leather is known for it's longevity, it is still prone to
scratching if not handled with proper care. It is therefore recommended to
treat leather with a leather conditioner to keep it hydrated and avoid exposure
to abrasive surfaces.
